D-DAY (DAY OF ARRIVAL)

 
You have to reach ssb center either in evening or in morning. It is different for different entries. Once you reach in the ssb center you will have to fill up certain forms, and will have to undergo an identification as well as documentation check. After that chest number will be allotted to you.

 

LIST OF FORMS THAT YOU HAVE TO FILL
 

1. PIQ ( PERSONNEL INFORMATION QUESTIONAIRRE) FORM.

2. TA (TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE).

3. IDENTIFICATION FORM.

ESSENTIALS ON D-DAY
 

1. Bring all your mark sheets, certificates along with their attested copies.

2. Id-proof.

3. A copy of your train/bus ticket to get re-imbursement for your journey.

4. Ssb call – up letter. (If you haven’t got your ssb call up letter then you can also bring the print out of call up list).

**You will be briefed upon how to fill up all the forms. Listen carefully and try to listen what is being told to you.

NOTE:-

1. Fill PIQ form correctly. Most of the question in your interview will be from your PIQ only.

2. TA is admissible only for 3^rd ac or less. You will be provided with TA only once for one type of commission.

3. Fill correct information about yourself. Don’t try to hide anything about you especially about you education and age etc.
